This is the start-up event where all KILAF registered participants are welcomed with delicious delicacies prepared by the cooks at the Kano State Government House under the hosting of His Excellency, Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf. It is a special event slated for day one of KILAF, for the distinguished attendees, to be warmly welcomed for coming by the Executive Governor of the hosting state of Kano.
